Choosing between real and silk wedding flowers:-

As if brides today don’t have enough choices to make regarding flowers, a trend increasing in popularity today brings forth yet another decision: should you go with real or silk flowers.  Both have benefits, both have drawbacks.  Let’s take a look of what each has to offer.

The delicate beauty real flowers possess is usually the main reason many people choose real over silk.  But don’t let this argument fool you; real flowers do have their drawbacks.  Real flowers fade and wilt away after a few days.  For the more sentimental brides, who wish to keep their bouquet, this factor may push them to consider silk flowers.  Even though real bouquets can be preserved, it is often a costly process. Cost in general is another drawback.  And finally, allergies are a major factor.  No bride wants to be sneezing and red-eyed at her wedding.  Many people in the wedding party may be allergic to real flowers, so silk may be a better option.

Now let’s examine silk flowers.  Although not as traditional of a choice as real flowers, they are becoming more popular.  Today, there are many realistic looking silks out there.  One can find a wide variety of silks, and you don’t have to worry about whether or not your choice is in season.  In general, silks are a less expensive alternative to real flowers.  You also save money on preservation.

No matter what your preference, real or silk, you can have beautiful flowers on your wedding day.  Before making a decision on which one is right for you, it’s important to consider all of your options.  Consider what is important to you in terms of flowers, and make a choice that’s right for you!

When do we have to book the date?

In order to satisfy all of our esteemed clients, we do have a limitation of two weddings per day.  It is very important for us to give the high quality of our products and services to each and every client.  So, if you are in the process of booking your wedding flowers, the earlier you book the less disappointment you will encounter.

Can we change/add/remove any items from the original quote after booking?

Of course!  Usually couples book their flowers six or even twelve months before the wedding day, so it is more likely that some changes will occur, being colours or sometimes venue setup.  We also do site visit with clients, when the need arises, so that we can give our advice.  We will set an appointment one month before the wedding and look again in detail, while you can change, add or remove any item quoted before.

Do we have to collect the flowers on the day?

Absolutely not!  We give you a full service, being your special day, the bride should be relaxed and enjoy her day.  We take care of the delivery of flowers to church, reception and bride and groom’s residences.  Even when the wedding is over, we collect our stands and hired artificial flowers ourselves. 

We don’t know what flowers we need?

You don’t have to worry.  We will guide you, give you options to choose from, depending on your venue and budget.  Finally, your decision will be the right one for you.

Souvenirs

Do we have to check the souvenirs at your premises?

It is ridiculous to let you waste precious time to check all souvenirs at our premises.  Together we check that you are given the quantity ordered, then we give your 24 hours to check your souvenirs for any breakages occurred in transport.

When do we have to order the souvenirs?

There is no specific minimum period of time to order your souvenirs.  We stock a substantial amount of souvenirs, enabling us to deliver the order even within days. On the other hand, we suggest that if you are interested in a particular item, it is more likely to place your order so that it will be reserved for you since we do not import too much quantity of the same item to avoid many weddings having the same souvenir!.

Invitations

When do we have to order the invitations?

With regards to wedding invitations, we suggest that you place your order at least eight months before the wedding date.  One has to keep in mind that the invitations have to be sent to the local guests three weeks before the occasion while guests from abroad, have to be sent two or even three months before, depending from which country they are coming from, so to enable the guests to do their preparation for the journey.

Moreover, we need to prepare the proof of the wording before printing, so you can check and do any changes if any and enough time for the printing process.

I don’t know which wording shall I choose! Do you have any sample wording?

Yes, we do have various wordings to choose from.  We can also help you choose the wording which fits best on your invitation.  The client can also bring his own wording or even we can custom your invitations wording from various sample wordings.

How many invitations should I order?

Based on your calculations of your guests, we highly recommend that you order between 15 and 20 extra invitations.  From past experience, 90% of those who don’t order extra invitations, have to make an additional order few weeks before the wedding date and this lead to pressure of time and incurs more expenses.
